AUSTIN (KXAN) — A former Scientologist and ex-Scientologist who was allegedly involved in the killing of a 14-year-old boy was charged with capital murder Monday.

Richard J. Adair, 39, formerly of the Scientology church, is accused of killing 14-year-old Alex Miller last year outside a hotel in downtown Austin, Texas.

Adair and another man, who went by the moniker “John Doe,” are accused of attacking Miller in front of others before stabbing him to death.

Doe also allegedly took a knife from a hotel security guard who tried to stop Adair on March 12, according to the Dallas County district attor온라인바카라사이트ney’s office.

Adair was reportedly arrested last August in North Carolina after police said he punched a neighbor in the face in front of children at the family’s South Austin address. The arrest warrant said Adair’s girlfriend recorded him punching the neighbor, but he had a different version of events. A federal grand jury in Fort Worth indicted him on ch실시간바카라arges of domesti카지노c battery, aggravated assault and assault in the second degree. A warrant for his arrest was unsealed on Monday.

In addition to being charged with capital murder, prosecutors said they will try to link Adair to a third suspect, identified only by the initials “J3.” They believe the trio are “cooperating” with prosecutors to bring Adair to trial.

The victim’s mother, Patricia Miller, spoke with KXAN as she waited on behalf of her son, Alex, for the charges to be unsealed Monday.

“He’s been so sick and tired of me lying,” she said. “I just want the truth to come out. You know they are really telling us all sorts of secrets.”

Patricia Miller also expressed shock about what happened to Alex, and what she considers a cover-up by police who have refused to release autopsy and dental records.

She said her son had been working out a
