A man is being sued in Arkansas for allegedly beating his own daughter and shooting her twice, killing her, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in Montgomery County Circuit Court, says 18-year-old Daniel D. Babbitt allegedly abused his 1-year-old daughter and her cousin 솔레어 카지노while she was “under the influence of alcohol and drugs,” according to the Arkansas Times.

“On January 25, 2011, Daniel D. Babbitt was arrested on child endangerment charges by police for allegedly hitting his own 5-y마이다스카지노ear-old daughter to death and kicking the infant to death,” according to the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, “Babbitt admitted to the injury to the girl, but claimed that he did not intend to kill her and that he had to kill his own child because he could not stand her as a child.”

D.A. Scott Johnson, 32, of Little Rock, was indicted by Montgomery County Circuit Judge David W. Jones, who said Babbitt “abused his own child in a violent manner.”

“D.A. Johnson also admitted that he had lied to officers by telling a police officer that no gun or weapon was found on his chi카지노 게임ld, and that he had not been arrested in connection with the incident,” according to court papers. “Babbitt also agreed to turn over his records to the prosecutor.”
