Howard sidelines states with tas hospital takeover
At least 14 hospital locations will not be open in Texas during Hurricane Harvey, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Monday.
Abbott also announced that he will seek legislative approval to use more storm water collected by the sta창원안마te to help address the crisis.
“The governor of Texas is asking Congress to approve a temporary ban on the construction of new federal levees, but to use storm water from state reservoirs for the recovery and rebuilding efforts,” the state’s governor said in a statement. “The federal government must fulfill its commitment to provide emergency relief so that Texas com룰렛munities can recover.”
The federal government has said the levees were built to save people from flooding from Hurricane Harvey, and that the federal government would make public records available so people can track how much money was spent on recovery. Abbott said Sunday that the federal government should use storm water for “the recovery and rebuilding efforts.”
Abbott also announced new legislation that will allow more cities to create public works projects that create jobs and create jobs, and allow Texas cities to ask the federal government for more money.
